We will visit you soon
After receiving your registration, we aim to wash your windows within a week. You are also at the right address for a one-off patchwork, urgent or special locations.
Condition
Registration is possible for a minimum term of 1 year with a notice period of 1 month. We will visit you based on the frequency you have chosen per year to clean your windows. We charge 200% for one-off cleaning. For urgent jobs we charge call-out costs of € 50.
Payment
When we have visited, you will receive an invoice from us by email, you can pay by bank or with an automatic transfer. We never come to the door afterwards to pay! If you want to pay cash, this is only possible while we clean your windows. If you have a complaint, we would like to hear it as soon as possible, so we can solve the problem if we are still in the area.
Discontinue
Cancelling is also digital: you indicate by email you want to terminate the agreement and we will take you out of the work list after the notice period.
